125 views 5 22 de June de 2021

The Playback history is an amazing tool, which has the purpose, as its own name tell us, to show intuitively the history of all audio files played on your radio station, besides allowing the download of the playback history in a sheet.

Do you want to learn how to get the most out of this incredible tool? Then follow the guide below:

How to use the Playback history tool

To access the Playback history, go to your BRLOGIC Account, click on "Manage my online radio" and then browse to the "Online radio" tab, on your administration panel:

Accessing the Playback history

As on the image above, click on "Playback history" to access the tool!

The Playback history display the list of all audio files played through Auto Dj and uploaded via the metadata of your Live broadcast.

Playback history

As you can see, the Playback history displays with detail when an audio file is played through Auto Dj or Live broadcast.

Everytime a Live broadcast is started or when it ends, the Playback history displays a text message with the type and hour of the event.

Log event on the Playback history

Attention: It is important to notice that the correct display of the Playback history on your Live broadcast depends on a correct configuration of your encoder and automation software.

If the information is not sent correctly during your Live broadcast, the playback history during this period may be blank or contain inconsistent information.

You can, also, select the date and time you wish to check the Playback history:

And finally, you can export the Playback history to a .CSV file. This .CSV file is compressed into a zip file.

Export the Playback history

With this tool you can check all the files that were played on your radio station, including songs, jingles and ads.

This is an extremely important tool, and it will provide valuable information both to help you during the administration of the radio station and to inform your sponsors and collaborators about the commercial reproduction time.
